Paper Abstract:      Some of the most important requirements to be taken into account when implementing an e-learning system are the teaching principles in the learning process within this new technological environment. However, this aspect is often overlooked when implementing technological learning models or learning management systems. Web-based e-learning education research mainly focuses on the inclusion of new technological features. This paper proposes a new instructional development methodology based on the latest research into pedagogical techniques for teaching or instructing in e-learning environments. It also defines a blended approach to the learning process. The proposed instructional model is supported by learning objects, a concept inherited from the object-oriented paradigm that is widely employed to implement recent technological e-learning processes.
