Paper Abstract:
|
The Social Cooperation for Integrated Assisted Living (SOCIAL) platform aims to provide substitutable applications to support the care of community-dwelling older. This paper presents the instantiation of the SOCIAL platform to support the assistance provided by local authorities to community-dwelling older adults and their informal caregivers. For that, personas and scenarios were created and used to identify the information and functional requirements of several applications. The paper presents the resulting requirements and discuss the implementation of the information model using the Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) of the Health Level Seven (HL7). |
