Paper Abstract:
|
The UK education sector is embarking upon the adoption of Internet2s Shibboleth software for federated access management. This paper recounts the early experiences of a large academic data centre in implementing support for Shibboleth across its range of services. It covers the practical approach adopted, a worked example and the significant issues raised. Familiarity with federated access and identity management is assumed. |
