Paper Abstract:

Process assessment is a disciplined project-oriented evaluation of an organizational unit's processes with respect to a
process assessment model. In this paper, the approach according to ISO 33000 is presented of how to assess HCD processes.
In detail, the standard approaches according to ISO 9241-210 and to ISO 9241-220 are considered. It is explained, how an
assessment of HCD processes should be prepared, executed, and followed up. |
