Paper Abstract:
|
The purpose of this study is to analyze diverse factors that affect patient satisfaction with a u-Hospital system. The
SERVQUAL and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) have been applied to develop the research model. Users of the
u-Hospital system(patients who have experience of using ubiquitous devices implemented in the sample hospital)were
selected as subjects for the sample frame. A total of 221 surveys were collected, from which 169 were used as data for
analysis. Results of the survey by SPSS 12.0 showed that convenience, responsiveness and assurance affected patient
satisfaction of the u-Hospital system, and patients perceived usefulness had moderating effect between patient
satisfaction and u-Hospital service quality. |
