Paper Abstract:      This study mains to investigate differences between effects of Cooperative Problem Posing and Solving with Goal Setting and Cooperative Problem Posing and Solving on both students’ mathematic achievement and learning attitude. The Nonequivalent Pretest-Posttest Design and Purposive Selection were applied. Total Taiwanese 59 students joined the experimental teaching. The Online Cooperative Problem Posting and Solving system, Mathematic Achievement Test and Mathematic Learning Attitude Questionnaire were implemented. The experimental group of 30 students, accepted Cooperative Problem Posing and Solving with Goal Setting teaching; while the control group of 29 students accepted Cooperative Problem Posing and Solving teaching. Pre-testing and post-testing of Mathematic Achievement Test and Mathematic Learning Attitude Questionnaire were implemented before and after the research. SPSS 12.0 was used to analyze the data. The research showed that the experimental group has better mathematic achievement than the control group. A further analysis found that on four factors of learning attitude, learning confidence, motivation, habits, self-concept, interaction and usefulness, the experimental group had better self-concept than the control group. To be more specific, students feel proud if they get good mathematic grads. This is also can apply to the phenomenon of the comparison of students’ grades by themselves.
