Paper Abstract:
|
These days there have been demands to use the circuit network for e-Science applications in the research networks. The circuit networks are usually setup by network engineers, but the Internet2 has recently developed Dynamic Circuit Network (DCN) for automatic setup of the circuit networks. DCN has been deployed on KOREN a Korea research network in 2009. We describe our experience in this paper. We have deployed DCN in three KOREN nodes with PC boxes and Cisco switches, and their traffic is monitored using Cacti. Also, the DCN is globally connected to the Internet2 through JGN2 of Japan. |
