Paper Abstract:      Nowadays, the European Union is in advanced stage of TV digitalization. This development opens new educational opportunities that adopt interactive applications, broadcasted to particular TV viewers together with audio and video signal. The applications can be in form of games that can contribute to fulfillment of particular educational goals. However, the basic problem is how these educational games for digital broadcasting should be produced. We can utilize approaches, rules and experience coming from the different domains. In this paper we propose the modification of Gagné’s approach that can be used as a guideline for the development of interactive educational television games (tlearning games, t-games). Also, we present a business models of t-games’ production and delivery.
