Paper Abstract:      An e-health system is an important tool where a patient can monitor on-line his own health data. However the communication between patients and physicians is at this moment partly optimized, we present a new patient-oriented infrastructure where medical data is acquired by the patient itself. Following the acquisition of medical data, physicians can visualize all this medical data. Unfortunately such solution might suffer if the number of patients significantly grows. In order to solve this problem, we propose to integrate to the infrastructure a priority index based on the condition of health of patients. In order to generate such index, we propose to use an active learning algorithm supplied with patient exams. Our goal is to order the patients according to the severity of their condition of health. Experiments were conducted on real patients and on different typologies of exams. The achieved results are here reported and discussed.
