Paper Abstract:
|
Managers need tools to provide them with relevant information in real time. These applications are called Executive Information Systems (EIS). These offer different means for analysing the information in a wide range of managers decisions. In order to improve these tools, this paper proposes an extension of the functionality of EIS. This is carried out by using the Fuzzy Cognitive Maps (FCMs) to model dynamic patterns. This represents existing static connections between decisional factors. The proposal supports managers by making prediction and comparisons between the research projects under evaluation. |
