Paper Abstract:      The mobility of the subscriber imposes its attachment to different brokers causing the risk to have an overload into some brokers. This overload affects the most visited brokers when the subscriber follows a repetitive mobility pattern. It is crucial to balance the load between brokers for mobile subscribers. In this paper, we propose a novel load balancing scheme on a publish/subscribe framework for mobile users on the basis of a dynamic selection. We define a threshold value calculated dynamically over which the brokers are considered overloaded. We apply a certain mobility scenario to highlight how to achieve high efficiency by using our scheme. Major results of our experimental study demonstrate good efficiency and usability of our load balancing scheme by using a statistical comparison of results. Extensive simulations are conducted to evaluate the balance of load into brokers, the data loss, and computational overheads.
