Paper Abstract:      Modern people, who spend most of their time indoors, are always living in a fixed lighting environment, which causes imbalance of the circadian rhythm, or adversely effects on the physiological function of the body such as the quality of sleep. In this paper, four channels were fabricated to control each light sources by using four types of light sources to reproduce seasonal characteristics of natural light such as ratio of short wavelength and color temperature matching to circadian rhythm of natural light. Analysis results showed that among 15 control ratios, 12 types of controls fell under “comfortable” and four types of light fell “relaxing” with the ratio of short wavelength at 11%~18% and color temperature at around 3000K, and illuminance at around 300lux which are suitable to support sleep.
