Paper Abstract:      E-learning is something more than publishing learning contents electronically. These contents have to be designed, produced and integrated with learning services following an appropriate methodology. This paper presents a new concrete methodology that takes into account the different parts of the entire lifecycle of an e-learning course: planning, production and execution. It also presents the results of applying this methodology to the creation and teaching of meta-course (a course for creating e-learning courses according to the specified methodology). The whole process is made as simple as possible in order not to require particular technological skills from teachers. The objective is to show that follows e-learning best practices it is not in conflict with easiness.
