Paper Abstract:      Today’s European society is developing the so called Higher Education European Space. In this process Information and Communication Technology (ICT's) plays an important role. These technologies are increasingly present in our daily world. They are orientated to increase the human being capacity and they are beneficial for all. Nevertheless, there are an important group of persons who present some limitations caused by a certain disability. These new technologies can help them to take a more autonomous life. Therefore, the accessibility promotion from the University would be a good beginning point, in order to information and knowledge interchange between qualified personnel and users in general. In this article, the percentages of disabled students who get into higher education in the Spanish Universities are presented. So, we carried out a study of the accessibility level of the Spanish Universities Webs. We used international accessibility rules (W3C) and used two web available online tests. The results show that almost 50 % of the Spanish Universities does not present any accessibility level. Result of this, the accessibility to the web resources of Spanish Universities must improve.
