Paper Abstract:      This paper shows the process of self-assessment oriented towards quality of teaching and learning in School of Computer Engineering from Universidad Católica de Temuco (UCT) in the context of the Computer Engineering Science. In this process we recognize that the self-assessment is a collaborative task that all the people employed in the university has to work in, and the early insertion of this people is fundamental to achieve success. We propose a collaborative framework focused on organize the assignment of responsibilities, the self-evaluation process and the planning of activities. We followed standard processes, as recommended by the Chilean Law Nº 20129 for educational quality assurement.
