Paper Abstract:      The importance of languages is indisputable; however, a person who starts learning a foreign language must face several disadvantages in both receptive and productive skills. The receptive skills are listening and reading. Each person has his/her own style of learning and the teacher should try to enhance the work done in and out of classes to promote learning. Two useful tools used by the teacher in the process of the language teaching are the implementation of the CALL program and the virtual classrooms. CALL is the acronym for Computer Assisted Language Learning, which is a program applicable for language learning. A descriptive methodology has been applied and a semi-experimental investigation with a non-controlled and controlled group has been carried out. Significant results are presented through descriptive statistics. The results show that CALL can improve the quality of the language and reduce errors during writing, language use, mechanics and speaking.
