This study is an attempt to evaluate the level of implementation of ICT infrastructure in the libraries of the institutions of
higher education in the state of Tamilnadu in India by taking into consideration the availabilities of their hardware,
software and the network infrastructure. ICT infrastructure indices are computed to benchmark the status of the libraries. |
