Paper Abstract:      In this paper, we propose an automatic evaluation system of safe driving skill for personalized driving lecture. Our system use small wireless wearable sensors to directly measure drivers' behavior without giving much stress. By using the sensors together with GPS and driving instructors' knowledge, our system automatically evaluate drivers' safe driving skill. Through experiment in real traffic condition, we have confirmed that our system can point out shortcomings in driving skill with accuracy of over 80%. As the next step, we have applied our system into a driving school and have performed large-scale demonstrational experiment of personalized safe driving lecture. Questionnaire result shows that our system works well as an effective support tool for personalized driving lecture.
