Paper Abstract:      This paper is concerned with the negotiation problem between agents with limited resources and under time constraints in dynamic environment. Each agent is given alternatives methods from the more approximate to the more precise in order to treat “progressively” an arriving task. Agents must begin a negotiation cycle in order to choose a combination of methods, which maximizes the utility of the result. The negotiation must stop at the deadline of the negotiation, which is fixed in advance, and returns, at any time, a solution for the processing of the new task.
