Paper Abstract:      The implementation of Virtual Learning Environment depends on decisions related to the Educational Design, the technological set up which is needed to allow access to and distribution of educational material, the environment management and mostly a guaranteed communication system. The use of networks in education has favoured in some cases adaptation to, or in others the adoption of, new models of teaching-learning, each one of which configures different didactic contexts or situations. The study of these situations has brought us to analyse the possibilities which technology offers for different pedagogical strategies. The main contribution of this paper is as a matrix to the didactic uses of the tools offered by this environment.
