Paper Abstract:      ERP implementation success is influenced by a large number of factors, which most of the times are difficult to measure objectively. Lack of Resource is one of the most critical success factors in ERP implementation, and one of the most critical ones for the satisfactory outcome. This study attempts to define a set of metrics for monitoring lack of Resource during ERP implementation by using the Goals/Observations/ use the Probability Impact Matrix method from Project Management Knowledge. In this work, a literature review is presented on the project lack of resource topic as related with ERP implementation projects, then a Goals/ Observations / use the Probability Impact Matrix method preliminary plan is proposed to monitor and control impact of this factor on ERP implementation.
