It is well known that methods for evaluating single-user systems are not enough to evaluate collaborative systems (CoSys). In this work, we describe a proposal to extend the Communicability Evaluation Method a method based on the Semiotic Engineering theory of HCI to allow for the evaluation of collaborative systems. |
