Paper Abstract:
|
Recently, BBS (Bulletin Board System) has been frequently used to exchange users' opinions on the Internet. An retrieval
method that uses past other users' evaluation has been proposed to retrieve target information efficiently and correctly. In
this method, it is necessary to cluster past queries to improve retrieval accuracy. However, this method is not practical,
because the time for clustering is so long that user feels stress.
Therefore, we proposed an improvement method which utilizes past clustering result for online response of BBS articles
retrieval with user evaluation. We made an experiment using actual BBS which has 890 article threads in our method.
The retrieval accuracy was the same level compared with the conventional method, and the average time for retrieval was
reduced from 16.3 second to 0.87. |
