Paper Abstract:      During the implementation of a system, the user’s needs may change (some are added, others are modified or deleted). These changes are among the main causes of software defects. The reasons for this evolution may occur at any phase of development. Whereas, the cost of fixing the defect and introduced error due to the requirements is much higher compared to the error in design and implementation. For this purpose, our work focuses on the issue of change in the context of requirements engineering (RE) which contains the complete initial specification. The main objective of our work is to develop an agent-oriented approach, which will be effective in the management of systems to be adapted to changes in their environments starting with the first step of development.
