Paper Abstract:
|
Knowledge is nowadays another resource, as important as capital, people or land. The problem seems to be how to collect, retain and manager knowledge, what strategies or methodologies can support Knowledge Management (KM). In this study we try to collect some models and methodologies from some investigators and some companies whose investment in KM it is a reality. We also focus on tools, communication based on communities of practice (CoPs), Weblogs, Wikis and initiatives, but also trying to understand best ways to storage, access and exploit data, information and knowledge. Based on other investigators models and methodologies studies we suggest an hypothesis for a new KM conceptual model and a new conceptual Portal model. We make possible conclusions and point some ideas for further studies. |
