Paper Abstract:      Provided an existing demand to enable web services in perceiving the occurrence of events in order to automate adaptations, this paper describes a framework whose goal is to assist developers in modeling context-aware web applications. The main objective is that of running a chain of transformations on analysis artifacts from the definition of contextual information to the production of adaptation mechanisms based on WSBPEL. The resultant framework is intended to lessen the effort required during the analysis and development phases of such software. It is also discussed the instantiation of the framework as a case study in which a context-aware composite web service is generated.
