Many projects are aborted or not reach your goal because of an inefficient management of stakeholders. With the aim of helping the solution of this question, this article seeks to identify how information technology can contribute to the engagement and building sustainable relationships between the stakeholders of a project. For this reason, it is proposed the creation of an environment of managing stakeholders called for Viewing Environment and Social Analyzes - VESA, a scaffold involving methodologies, concepts and practices in order to systematize the management processes of stakeholders, contributing to the continuous improvement of their relations within the project management in different contexts, including in software engineering.
