Paper Abstract:      It is huge the use of communication technologies in the teaching-learning process, including the use of mobile technologies. Current higher education students belong to the so-called “native digital generation”, who constantly access the information, through these same devices. In higher education, there is a week timetable where teachers seek to clarify student’s doubts, physically in the teaching institution. However, usually, the students do not use this timetable. Thus, a question arises: how to support students in their studies, namely in clarifying doubts, without being necessary to physically be in the higher education institution. As a possible solution to this challenge a collaborative web platform was developed to be used, with mobile devices, to support tutoring at distance. The platform has data transmission capabilities, in real-time, between two users. This paper presents a learning web platform, developed with the purpose to allow doubts clarification, at distance, between teacher and students, in a collaborative way, in real time. The work accomplished demonstrates to have a potential to increase the clarification of doubts online, between teachers and students, with the objective of promoting the students learning.
