Paper Abstract:

This paper describes the planning and execution of a systematic literature review on metrics for usability evaluation of
user interfaces. The systematic review presented here aims to characterize the methods, approaches and techniques for
extraction and collection of metrics to evaluate the usability in all its factors. It is also intended to provide a list of
relevant papers that may serve as a basis for further researches in this area. |
