Paper Abstract:      It is estimated that access and trouble related to Internet will increase rapidly with the accelerated diffusion of the "Smart Phone". Especially, youths become victims of such troubles. To protect youth from such crimes, it is required to teach both the beneficial and negative points of the Internet services. There are a lot of discussions among teachers of elementary school about how to teach the use of the Internet and mobile phone. We conducted a research on pupils’ understanding of the danger of service on the Internet in a moral class of an elementary school. In this paper, we report the details of our research. We have realized that children should learn the correct use of mobile phones and furthermore, they should become capable of expressing their opinions clearly and politely. Based on this research, we propose a new tool that will help pupils to learn about moral the way of using the Internet.
