Paper Abstract:      The World Wide Web drastically changed the human communication and behavior in an irreversible way. It became the fastest growing library ever developed with information in all areas of knowledge. Besides that, it is an open market where all sorts of goods are sold and exchanged, a place to “meet” people, etc. The rapid and anarchic growth of the World Wide Web and its distributed nature, often take users to pages that no longer exist, unfortunately. This paper presents a scheme for the consistent management of web pages.
