Paper Abstract:
|
Data streams processing has recently become a very important research domain. Huge data volume generated by the
applications used nowadays and the speed at which they are coming at us are bringing about a development of new
techniques which are capable of responding efficiently. Even more so when we consider the fact that not all the data can
be saved for an overall analysis. In this paper we propose an alternative to the current methods of data stream processing
based on an adaptation of boosting in the treatment of data streams. One aspect which is becoming more and more
important in these processes is detecting the concept drift. In the method we propose the concept drift is dealt with
implicitly. |
