Paper Abstract:
|
This paper starts with a review on the studies of the authors team addressing work system analysis and development. Ten key approaches utilized for 20 years are presented. My teams own cases are mainly describing the information and communication related to work systems, and the innovative network for assessing Health (H), Safety (S), Environment (E) and Quality (Q) capabilities in an ICT-supported way. In addition to the teams own studies generally, and two cases more specifically, relevant scientific literature is reviewed. Other researchers contributions, utilized for the teams studies and for future outlines of key factors forwards while promotion of quality of working life is concerned, are described. ICT provides organizations with many new opportunities to improve and innovate their work systems. |
