Paper Abstract:      Semantic search importance is growing each day as millions of people around the world need to obtain objective and concrete information. The ultimate goal to achieve with semantic search is to allow users to express their needs using natural language. However, systems using this approach can´t produce accurate results yet, as a consequence of the system´s inability to correctly interpret the query expression. The lack of information about the searchable resources is also a problem in these systems. Guided systems resolve these two issues but several improvements can yet be made to provide users with a better and easy to use search engine. This paper presents a new proposal for the query construction in semantic guided systems with special focus on the end user experience.
