Paper Abstract:      This paper presents the concept of using knowledge elicitation to help users seek cognitive consonance. The aim is to build a framework to involve in the design process those who are going to use the digital artifact, especially when prototypes or under development products are available to use. That way, authors offer a tool to collect relevant data and prevent interrupting experiences with dissonant interactions, involving users in the design, keeping the designer as facilitator of the whole process.
