Paper Abstract:      In this paper, a new low complexity and lossless algorithm based on Modified Hadamard Transform and Adaptive Golomb-Rice coding is proposed. The purpose of this paper is to provide the readers with few latest existing buffer compression algorithms, and to introduce a new algorithm. Simulation results show that this new algorithm could achieve not only a stable compression rate but also lossless compression without additional distortion to the coding process. Furthermore, proposed algorithm indicates a superior compression ratio compared to existing algorithms and low in complexity.
