Paper Abstract:      Web applications are becoming more and more popular and sophisticated. Testing is the main technique to ensure the quality and the accomplishment of requirements. In this field, system functional testing is the key for ensuring the external quality of web applications, and therefore, quality in use. This paper proposes a method for carrying out a complete system testing process based on the navigation over a web application. We have included programming contracts within the web application structure for performing the functional specification. Then, we have modeled the web applying graph theory, using multidigraphs. In addition, we have developed an algorithm for browsing these graphs, asserting at the same time the contract (invariants, preconditions and postconditions). All this work is put to practice by an extensible testing platform named Automatic Testing Platform (ATP).
