Paper Abstract:      The Semantic Web is becoming fundamental in the Web. The amount of data available in the Web is increasing in great proportions, it is very important to find ways to deal with this trend. The Semantic Web can help with this, by giving meaning to this data in a way that machines can understand what information it contains and automatically process it. In this paper we present an ontology to represent flight occurrences, such as incidents and accidents. To build this ontology we use the Temporal Web Ontology Language (tOWL), an extension to the Web Ontology Language (OWL), which allow us to build ontology that supports temporality.
