Paper Abstract:      Millions of hidden databases are available today on the Web, covering many different domains. These databases are accessible through forms and provide several useful services, like car rental and hotel room booking. Similarity search, in the context of Web forms, is a promising approach since a lot of hidden databases' interfaces in a same domain have forms with similar structures and filtering capabilities. This paper presents a method that allows similarity search for a given form interface. We base our method on a clustering approach and a similarity metric for Web forms. Each cluster contains Web forms' attributes that represent a same concept, although having differences in their labels and/or values. We detail this approach and also present experiments that show the effectiveness of our method.
